The right of workers to organize and collectively bargain for better wages and working conditions is a fundamental American right that ought to be protected, not vilified. Arizona's Tea Party Republicans should stop attacking workers and join us in focusing on real solutions to our economy.
We should be working to strengthen our dwindling middle class, not engaging in transparent attempts to tear it down.
Please add your voice below, and I will personally deliver our message to the Tea Party Republican leadership.
If you live in Arizona, contact the legislature, and urge them to oppose these bills.
If you are in a union, please let us know which in the comment box below.

I am a union bricklayer for 38 years. Without my union pensions or social security disability I’d be living under a bridge somewhere. Union labor is the only way the middle class will get a decent living wage.
Russell Pearce’s spirit indeed lives on! The Republican supermajority in AZ is acting like a bunch of ideologically extreme robots in hyperactive mode.
I have never been in a union. In fact, I have been in “management,” both in the private and public sector. I stand strongly in support of unions because they give workers a voice that can be heard. Without unions, employers have no motivation to provide livable compensation for the middle class. Unions are as essential to American freedom as freedom of speech.
My husband is a member of a union. Arizona is being taken over by the right… Are they crazy or just caught up in a frenzy that will be the end of our basic right to choose or even have something that we can choose?
